American Airlines is pleased to offer our First/Business Class Passengers, AAdvantage Executive Platinum/Platinum Members and oneworld Sapphire/Emerald Members an access to KA/CX lounge. Those passengers traveling on AA288 on the day of departure from Shanghai will receive an invitation to KA/CX lounge.
