Stow your good intentions under the seat and prepare for a little indulgence. Everything we serve has been carefully chosen for freshness and flavour - in fact our award winning menu has been created by three of the world's best known chefs: Stephen Pyles, Dean Fearing and Nancy Barocci. On flights departing from China, we also work with local chefs to create meals indicative of the departing country. New Chinese-inspired entrees items with steamed rice, it's the best eating to be found at 35,000 feet.
Service to suit you in First and Business, you choose your meal times. There are four entrees to choose from and our Quick Cuisine service for those with plenty of work on their plate.
